Flo Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a leading digital health platform, Flo Health is dedicated to revolutionizing women's health by providing personalized insights and support through our innovative app.
About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work with modern web technologies to create products that enhance the Flo ecosystem, including web products, in-app extensions, and internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Create new user-facing features and maintain existing ones, ensuring high-quality standards and maintainability.
- UI Kit Development: Improve and maintain the UI Kit based on Flo’s Design system.
- Code Quality: Write reusable code and libraries with comprehensive documentation.
- Refactoring: Continuously refactor the codebase to enhance maintainability.
- Collaboration: Participate in the company’s frontend developers group, contributing fresh ideas to improve code, architecture, and development processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Expertise in HTML/CSS and JavaScript: At least 5 years of experience in developing, shipping, and maintaining web applications.
- React Experience: Proficiency in creating single-page applications with rich UI.
- Responsive Design: Skills in adaptive web design, especially for mobile devices.
- Agile Mindset: Ambitious, motivated, and a good team player.
Nice to Have
- UX and Interaction Design: Knowledge of user experience and interaction design principles.
- Mobile Product Lifecycle: Understanding of mobile product development.
- Continuous Delivery: Experience with web continuous delivery tooling and practices.
- Analytical Systems: Understanding of BI and analytical systems and ability to integrate with them.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: €6,100 — €8,000 gross per month, depending on skills and experience.
