Your Challenges
As a Security Engineer at myPOS, you will be responsible for:
- Performing internal penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the security of our systems.
- Assisting developers in building secure applications by providing expert guidance and support.
- Investigating security incidents and reverse engineering suspicious software to understand and mitigate threats.
- Keeping our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) configuration up-to-date to ensure effective monitoring and response.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on experience with information security and a strong technical background.
- Experience in both external and internal penetration testing.
- A solid understanding of security operations, including perimeter offense & defense, data loss prevention, and threat analysis.
- Experience managing security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management, and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with the current cyber threat landscape, including threat actors and attack methodologies.
- The ability to prioritize tasks independently and maintain detailed documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Required certifications such as OSCP or equivalent.
