About the Role
Grape Up is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Cracow, Poland. This role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing advanced tools using large language models (LLM). You will be responsible for developing and refining complex prompt engineering strategies and conducting in-depth problem analysis using cutting-edge language models. Additionally, you will design, implement, and secure LLM-based solutions on the AWS platform and lead and mentor a team in the field of AI/ML.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and optimize advanced tools using large language models (LLM).
- Develop and refine complex prompt engineering strategies.
- Conduct in-depth problem analysis using a cutting-edge language model.
- Design, implement, and secure an LLM-based solution on the AWS platform.
- Lead and mentor a team in the field of AI/ML.
Requirements
- Proven track record in designing and implementing LLM-based solutions.
- Extensive experience with prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python/Java and its AI/ML libraries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with FastAPI for building modern web applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Expertise in CI/CD concepts.
- Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community.
- Experience with cloud platforms beyond AWS (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
