The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in web development using Python and related frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will join a collaborative team with a focus on engineering best practice and continuous improvement and will have lots of business exposure, enabling you to see the results of your work.

You will join Brand Guardian project. It’s AI-driven platform ensuring your content is consistent, compliant, and inclusive. With the proliferation of digital channels, maintaining branding compliance and consistency is crucial. Brand Guardian helps organizations avoid legal risks and ensure their brand is presented correctly and inclusively across all platforms.

What You Should Have

Extensive experience in Python programming, focusing on developing scalable and maintainable code. Proficiency in asynchronous programming techniques to enhance application responsiveness and performance. Experience developing API microservices Ability to optimize code and applications for improved performance and efficiency. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying, managing, and scaling applications. Serverless technologies such as cloud native compute, databases and storage. Competence with Pytest for writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards Significant experience of working with Agile methodologies Good problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

Kubernetes experience Basic Machine Learning / AI knowledge

What We Offer

Salary depending on presented skills: Junior: 7 000 - 9 000 PLN monthly (Contract of Employment) Independent: 10 000 - 14 000 PLN monthly (Contract of Employment), 12 000 - 16 000 PLN monthly (B2B contract)
