Join our dynamic team at Procter & Gamble, where you will collaborate with data scientists, data managers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and fellow AI Engineers to develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale innovative algorithmic products.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration and Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, standard-compliant, and tested code. Engage in proof of concepts and experiments to evaluate new models and technologies.
Code and Tools Contribution: Contribute code and tools to central re-usable libraries and repositories. Refactor code as necessary to maintain high standards.
Data and Model Development: Develop data models, model features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed compute architectures.
Cloud Deployment: Deploy algorithmic products across various cloud platforms, leveraging cloud-native services effectively.
Automation and Management: Manage and automate cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Implement DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps principles in daily operations.
Continuous Integration and Delivery: Develop continuous integration, delivery, and training pipelines. Utilize observability and automation tools to manage operations of algorithmic products across the stack.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Pandas and Jupyter notebooks.
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including model training and prediction.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, AWS, or custom clouds.
