You will play a crucial role in safeguarding operational continuity for our platforms, which handle millions of requests per minute during peak loads. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration of Backend Systems: Work with APIs to integrate backend systems with third-party applications.
- Operational Continuity: Ensure the stability and reliability of our platforms during high traffic.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment and integration processes.

Team and Culture
You will be part of the Technology department, the heart of Nederlandse Loterij, where collaboration and innovation are encouraged. The team is responsible for the development and operations of our lottery websites, focusing on the online channels for Staatsloterij and Lotto. The environments fully integrate via our Portal with our backend APIs and CMS, delivering flexibility and optimized user flows.
Professional Development
- Migration Projects: Participate in the migration to Terraform, enhancing our deployment capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with product teams to improve user experience and conversion based on feedback and data analysis.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from €4,600 to €6,600 gross per month, depending on experience.
- A position for 32 - 40 hours per week.
- Access to a corporate restaurant offering healthy and varied meals for €3.25.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor/Master in a technical field (Master preferred).
- Deep technical knowledge of IT systems, processes, and various development methods.
- At least 5 years of experience in a development team.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language.
- Experience with agile working methods.
Location
Our office in Rijswijk is where you will primarily work, but flexibility in work location is provided to suit the nature of your tasks.
