About The Role
As a Senior Clojure Engineer at Splash Financial, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining APIs to scale our services.
- Writing clean, well-tested code primarily in Clojure and Clojurescript, with occasional work in PHP and React.
- Providing direct constructive feedback on PRs and actively participating in our OKR-driven organization.
- Collaborating with team members to ideate new projects, take ownership, and execute effectively.
What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years of programming experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Clojure and full-stack development.
- A strong desire to grow and tackle new challenges.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- High candor in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
