As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our transition from native Android and iOS to cross-platform development using Flutter. This position offers the unique opportunity to impact millions of users by building and optimizing mobile and web applications using a single codebase.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features in Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to the migration of key components from native to Flutter, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Engage in technical discussions with colleagues to decide on the best architecture and align expectations with stakeholders.
- Innovate and implement new ideas through experimentation and learning on the spot.
Your Week
Your days will be dynamic, starting with a team stand-up meeting, followed by hands-on development and technical discussions. Whether working from home or in the office, you will be deeply involved in creating interfaces that facilitate the most significant purchases of our users' lives—homes.

Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience with Flutter in a complex product environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- A strong focus on user interfaces with knowledge of working with Microservices in a Dotnet environment.
- Educational background in a relevant field (Bachelor's/Master's degree).
