Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer who is enthusiastic about both technical contribution and user experience. Our cross-functional teams cover a wide range of tasks, allowing engineers to work on various product components.
Responsibilities
- Live Chat: Launch and improve our mobile application and Live Chat functionality, enabling real-time and efficient customer support.
- WhatsApp: Enhance the functionality of our WhatsApp channel, ensuring seamless messaging experiences.
- Instagram: Drive growth and engagement through strategic optimizations and user-centered improvements.
- Flow Builder: Improve the Flow Builder, our visual editor, to streamline the creation of dynamic chatbot flows.
- Developer/Professional Tools: Develop tools and resources for developers who utilize Manychat, fostering a thriving ecosystem.
Must Haves
- 4+ years of experience in a product development-driven environment as a Backend engineer.
- Expertise in modern PHP technologies (PHP 8.2).
- Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Ability to write testable code and test cases.
- Passionate about contributing to user experience and product strategy growth.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of NoSQL solutions and analytical systems.
- Experience with high-load project environments and queue systems.
- Infrastructure domain knowledge and experience with different solutions.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
