Raw Power Games is seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer with full stack competencies to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. We are a games developer dedicated to creating amazing games while fostering a remarkable work culture. Our first game is an open world sandbox set in a familiar historical setting, with a twist, and we are looking for someone who can help shape the future of our AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing web applications that empower game developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to turn complex AI functionalities into seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services to support frontend features and handle data exchange between the frontend and AI tools.
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications across different platforms, browsers, and devices.
• Implement and optimize integrations between AI models and the user interface.
• Maintain a high standard of code quality, best practices, and documentation for both frontend and backend components.
• Continuously improve the user experience by iterating based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with some full stack capabilities.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and libraries.
• Experience with backend technologies - we’re using Go and Python for our backend languages.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• A keen eye for design and user experience—taking pride in crafting sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their application in hosting and scaling web applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment where feedback and experimentation are key.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in frontend and full stack projects.
• Experience with cloud services to deploy, monitor, and scale backend applications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Additional knowledge in database languages like SQL, NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered tools or working alongside machine learning teams.
• Familiarity with game development tools and workflows.
• Experience in data visualization or working with complex datasets in a frontend environment.
• Passionate about gaming, AI, and creating tools that empower game developers to do their best work.
