About The Team

Quickpay is a part of Unzer Group, which makes payment magic happen for over 37,000 European webshops, holding licenses that cover the entire continent! Join our team and be part of the fun as we leave our mark on the payment industry, all while contributing to the excitement of Unzer's unified commerce platform, where managing data becomes a real-time adventure.

The agile and cross-functional teams consist of experienced developers and a product manager. We value cooperation and self-organization and work together to give shape to the central part of Unzer’s next generation payment processing platform, with a focus on alternative payment methods (APMs) and credit card payments (in PCI DSS scope).

What Your Work Will Look Like

• Develop front-end features for the Quickpay customer-facing product using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build back-end functionalities for Unzer apps using Ruby.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and finalize the features being developed.
• Coordinate with customer support to respond to customer inquiries and resolve bugs.
• Stay informed of the latest technology trends to maintain a cutting-edge development environment.
• Work in close collaboration with other engineers for seamless integration and efficient development.

What You Need to Be Successful in This Role

• At least 3 years of experience working with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Minimum 3 years of Ruby development experience.
• Profound knowledge of AWS, Ruby, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Eager to bring solutions proactively and take ownership of your work.
• Fluent in English and can convey your ideas efficiently.
