About the Role
As a Senior Tech Lead at Kvalifik, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, leading a team of talented developers in creating cutting-edge solutions for a diverse range of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a proven track record in full-stack development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 full-stack developers (3 full-time, 2 part-time).
- Scope new projects in collaboration with project managers, partners, and UX designers.
- Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.
- Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
- Recruit new developers to expand the team.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-time experience as a full-stack developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with extensive experience in React and Node.js.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of database management and schema design.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Experience in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
