Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role requires a professional with over 8 years of experience in full-stack development, who can independently perform a variety of complex tasks and contribute creatively to our projects.
Responsibilities
- Understand Business Objectives: Analyze business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
- User Requirements Analysis: Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with personnel from various organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements.
- Documentation: Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- System Review: Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is feasible within the existing system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in full-stack development.
- Skills: Proficiency in CSS, programming, software development, web development, and automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to perform studies and cost/benefit analysis.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
