Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine product vision, define requirements, and execute the development strategy. Lead by example, inspiring creativity and excellence within the team.
- Performance & Scalability: Ensure the highest level of application performance and user experience through meticulous testing, tuning, and optimization.
- Strategic Architecture: Influence the strategic direction of our technology stack and infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions are built for the long haul.
Minimum Qualifications
- Seasoned Innovator: Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to innovate and lead projects successfully from inception to deployment in the SaaS domain.
- Technical Depth: Expertise in Next.JS, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), API development, and a strong grasp of scalable system architecture.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead development projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities for innovation.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
