Since 2008, we have been working with our four brands - doctari, lichtfeld, planerio, and arztpool - on our vision to take medical personnel exactly where they are most urgently needed. We aim to become Europe's leading medical temporary staffing and procurement platform, combining workforce management at scale with the largest network of medical professionals.
Our Vision

Tech Stack
- Front-End: React, Redux, TypeScript
- Back-End: AWS (100% serverless), TypeScript
- Architecture: Event-Driven (Kafka)
Your Role
- Develop a platform where doctors and nurses can search for jobs and manage their data, such as documents and contracts.
- Work in a cross-functional team focusing on the development of our front-end and back-end applications.
- Help establish a DevOps culture of monitoring, observability, security, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to refine our architecture, drive technical topics, and share knowledge across the tech organization.
Your Experience & Personality
- Fundamental experience in TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience architecting distributed systems with Node.js and React.
- Understanding of AWS principles and Infrastructure as a Code (CDK).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing (GitHub actions, Jest, Cypress).
- Commitment to clean code and architecture that is easy to change.
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic mindset, and openness to learning new things.
- Fluent in English (German language skills are not required).
