About The Role
Join Swift, the world’s leader in secure financial messaging services, as a Senior Full Stack Developer / Solution Architect. Based in our Madrid office, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and testing a new Transaction Management Platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and network while building expertise on a global platform.
What To Expect
- Design, develop, and test a new Transaction Management Platform using a range of validated technologies such as Java, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and more.
- Experiment with advanced technologies like container orchestration, CI/CD tooling, and cloud infrastructure to bring true value to our customers.
- Work in a truly international environment with main hubs across three continents.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject areas.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a demonstrable track record.
- Proficiency in Java backend development (Java 8 or newer) and experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Experience with web application technology (React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development tools (GIT, Maven) and testing tools (JUnit, Mockito).
- Experience with continuous delivery processes and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible).
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, XML (schema, XSLT), and JSON.
- Practical experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, JDBC, H2, JPA) and data modeling.
- Experience with Linux OS (RedHat) and AWS infrastructure.
