About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Kiva AI, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing innovative systems that are monitorable, scalable, and fault-tolerant. You will optimize a complex global operating model and deploy products quickly while thinking about what to build to anticipate the problems of tomorrow. Your expertise in full stack engineering, agile development methodologies, and the ability to assess and communicate trade-offs effectively will ensure optimal functionality, resource allocation, and speed.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Manage and optimize a complex global operating model.
- Deploy products quickly and efficiently.
- Anticipate future problems and plan solutions in advance.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to build products from the ground up.
- Expertise in React, JavaScript, Python, Supabase, Ruby on Rails, and Node.js.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX, are preferred for the initial phase.
