What You'll Do
As a Founding Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:
- Develop both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software.
- Work on reducing interviewer response latency and improving AI model accuracy.
- Integrate our platform with customers' internal hiring systems.
- Present interview data visually and efficiently.
