Join Watershed as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Watershed is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing and shipping innovative products that help our clients reduce their carbon footprint and meet sustainability goals.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and shipping code: You will be expected to ship code to production from day one, working closely with product, design, climate science, and data science teams.
- Developing new features: You will create interactive data visualizations and build APIs to unify carbon data access for customers and other engineers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate on software that helps our customers understand their climate data.
- Contributing to the technical stack: Our stack includes React, TypeScript, CSS, and Node.js. While prior expertise in these technologies is not required, you should be adept at picking up new technologies quickly.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Node.js web development or data pipelines.
- Skills: Strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on building scalable software solutions.
