Adecco is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on mission-critical applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.

Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Java and Angular in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and Developers to achieve company goals.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Ensure robust UI development for building a portal and backend expertise in Java.
- Proficiency in designing and architecting cloud-native applications.
- Engage in technical problem-solving and decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in Angular, particularly the latest versions.
- Strong backend expertise in Java and experience with databases.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices and engineering excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and working with globally distributed teams.
- Core AWS knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a valid right to work. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
