Microsoft is seeking talented Fullstack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As part of our Engineering teams, you will work on cutting-edge technologies and platforms that power mission-critical services for billions of users worldwide. Our teams tackle some of the most challenging engineering problems, contributing to products like Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, designers, and partners to deliver features with the right design and architecture.
• Own and deliver complete feature areas and large-scale solutions, including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, and shipping with secure long-term support.
• Share insights and best practices to improve development and influence direction across related systems, platforms, and products.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior engineers.
• Write clean, well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive culture, participating in hiring where appropriate.
• Take responsibility for the reliable operation of features with early detection of issues in production.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze and prioritize business requirements, including customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including C/C++, C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with modern web technologies such as .NET, Node, React, Angular, building RESTful APIs, and knowledge of web concepts like HTTP, SOAP, and MVC.
• Strong industry experience in designing, developing, testing, and shipping solutions to large-scale technical problems.
• Ability to design and develop loosely coupled, componentized, and durable software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, building microservices, and Mobile is a plus.
