Position Overview
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web and mobile applications, adhering to industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to the company's overarching objectives. This team is dedicated to mission-critical applications, delivering high-quality, timely, cost-effective, and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment to meet functional and non-functional business requirements. You will build intuitive and functional user interfaces and engage with end-users to create high-value products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop web and mobile applications using Angular and other front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Commercial Experience: 1-2 years of experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, RxJS, Redux/NgRx, and TypeScript.
- Front-End Development: Strong experience in front-end development and UI design.
- Test Automation: Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook.
- Problem Solving: Critical problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary education.
