Klaviyo is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our New Products team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in building new products that are adjacent to our core business, leveraging data, automation, and scale to deliver powerful and integrated experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Klaviyo, you will lead a new team and product, defining product architecture, go-to-market strategy, and shaping the team's culture and values. This position offers high visibility and impact, providing ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch New Products: Be part of a small, dynamic team exploring innovative revenue opportunities.
• Ownership: Take charge of the mission, technical direction, and operations of projects with immediate impact.
• Technical Skills Enhancement: Work across various facets, from front-end web development and user experience to machine learning and massively parallelized data pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical product owners, designers, and a product manager, interfacing directly with customers to iterate towards remarkable new products and experiences.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in full-stack development with a primary focus on the front-end.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in React/JavaScript/TypeScript and equivalent experience with Python/Django.
• UI/UX Expertise: Proven experience in crafting best-in-class UI/UX experiences, including custom styling, components, library building, and extension.
• Pipeline Design: Experience in the design and scalability of a build pipeline encompassing modern front-end development best practices.
