Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in Python and Django, who is passionate about building robust, data-driven applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Data-Driven Configurations: Utilize the Django web framework to create and maintain configurations for data consumption, enhancement, and visualization.
- Collaborate with Operations and Investment Teams: Work closely with the Operations and Investment teams to understand their requirements and develop a suite of tools and dashboards that support trading, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Create detailed internal and end-user documentation for the tools and systems developed, ensuring clear communication of their functionalities and usage guidelines.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with Python.
- Experience working in a financial organization.
- Proficiency in frontend development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Django or a similar Python web framework.
- Experience with GitHub/Git, or comparable distributed version control system.
- Experience working in a Linux command line environment.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, Asyncio, React, gRPC/Protobuf.
