About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Baseten, you will be integral in building and shaping the core product that powers machine learning applications for our clients. You will work on both the frontend and backend, creating user interfaces and backend services that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Utilize React and TypeScript to develop rich, interactive frontends. You will build data-intensive interfaces and tools tailored for technical audiences.
- Backend Development: Use Python and Django to develop backend services. Your work will include handling complex data structures and ensuring the performance and reliability of our backend systems.
- Project Management: As part of a team that functions as its own project managers, you will own products and projects end-to-end. This includes writing project specs, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project execution.
- Collaboration and Learning: Engage with users to understand their needs and translate this feedback into product improvements. You will also have the opportunity to learn about and work with machine learning technologies.
