We are situated in Munich, Nuremberg, and Hamburg, and are on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about crafting outstanding software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Improvements: Identify, document, and communicate enhancements within your area.
- Software Infrastructure: Manage and maintain our software infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Contribute to high-level system architecture planning.
- Security Measures: Implement measures to ensure security and high availability of systems.
- Cross-Team Initiatives: Participate in engineering initiatives across teams.
- Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to Junior Engineers.
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is essential.
- Knowledge of distributed software architecture, particularly message brokers and event-based systems.
- Proficiency in designing external HTTP APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Implementation skills in backend-services using Java and Golang.
- Independent and proactive work mentality.
- Continuous learning attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
