Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior GoLang Backend Developer to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in backend development using Go and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and scaling backend services in a microservices architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Go.
- Work within a microservices architecture to enhance and optimize services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that align with product development.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including support and continuous integration.
- Engage with customer support teams to diagnose and resolve defects and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of programming experience, with at least 3 years in Go/Golang.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and developing cloud-hosted applications.
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts, particularly in training Large Language Models (LLM).
- Proficiency in technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an engineer mindset focused on proactivity and delivery.
