Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Kintone, focusing on microservices architecture using Go. This role involves designing and developing backend systems for our products, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design robust backend systems.
- Implement systems with thorough documentation and tests.
- Review other engineers' designs and code.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product designers, and architects to integrate systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Proficient in Go programming and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Google Cloud, gRPC, Istio, and Envoy.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and SAML.
- Ability to manage production services and handle incidents effectively.
Work Environment
