About The Role
As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for developing a native iOS app for Rogo's evolving product. You will define mobile development processes, including planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring. You will collaborate with the core team to design and implement novel mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own major product features across the stack from design to launch.
- Maintain close feedback loops with users and the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and domain experts.
- Architect scalable systems and implement robust software components.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of our software platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong Swift fundamentals and experience with SwiftUI (iOS16+) and UIKit.
- Experience with concurrency and multithreading (GCD, critical sections, race conditions).
- Proven track record in similar roles.
- Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
- Passion for iOS development and experimenting with new iOS and iPadOS features.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with backend services like NestJS or Express.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup.
- Experience in world-class product organizations (e.g., Notion, Figma).
- Experience with UI/UX and product design.
