About the Role
Adobe is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Development Experience (DevX) team. This team is dedicated to enhancing the tools, environment, and infrastructure that enable our engineering teams to achieve flawless productivity. Responsibilities
- Build the foundation for the next generation of Adobe web applications, focusing on graphics and animation.
- Collaborate with engineers across the organization to develop a seamless developer experience for the Creative Cloud Web application platform.
- Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Work closely with developers to understand their workflows and needs, adapting quickly based on feedback.
- Support and grow with your team, providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you.
- Strive to build an inclusive team that supports diverse opinions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in software development.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong optimization and debugging skills.
- Proven ability to write high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of various Web Test Automation frameworks is beneficial.
Location
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, but we are open to remote locations for the right candidate.
Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $154,000 to $278,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
