Job Description
Adobe is seeking a talented JavaScript/TypeScript Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. As a part of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge AI/ML powered tools that empower enterprise creators across the digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Build User Experiences: Develop state-of-the-art user interfaces for Firefly Enterprise features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design teams, product management, and internal clients to translate early ideas into interactive prototypes.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to identify problems, conduct A/B testing, and refine workflows to enhance user satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the latest development, testing, and deployment methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in developing interactive web applications, preferably in the creative tool domain.
- Education: B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a strong practice of building and deploying web applications using React.
- Development Practices: Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and functional programming.
- Communication: Ability to perform independently in a hybrid work environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
- Generative AI: Exposure to generative AI models, including text-to-image and large language models.
- UX Design: Experience in UX design, design systems, or close collaboration with design teams.
- Modern Web Technologies: Knowledge of technologies like WASM, WebGPU, and canvas rendering.
Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,000 to $198,500 annually, varying by work location and depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
