Role & Responsibilities

Build new user-facing features from the database schema up to the UI components with meticulous attention to detail.
Create scalable systems that can handle any workflow, including billing, document creation and storage, task workflow, and customer communication systems.
Optimize our GraphQL backend for peak performance, ensuring quick job completions for movers.
Enhance our notifications framework and customer communication features with real-time support.
Contribute to our early-stage design system, helping to build UI components consistently and quickly.

Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in a tech, product-driven company, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
Strong understanding of relational databases and GraphQL.
Proficiency in Python/Flask and JavaScript with frameworks like React and React Native.
Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambdas, ECS, and Dynamo.
A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embracing changes that enhance project outcomes.
