Role & Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing features from the database schema up to the UI components with meticulous attention to detail.
- Create scalable systems that can handle any workflow, including billing, document creation and storage, task workflow, and customer communication systems.
- Optimize our GraphQL backend for peak performance, ensuring quick job completions for movers.
- Enhance our notifications framework and customer communication features with real-time support.
- Contribute to our early-stage design system, helping to build UI components consistently and quickly.
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a tech, product-driven company, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in Python/Flask and JavaScript with frameworks like React and React Native.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambdas, ECS, and Dynamo.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embracing changes that enhance project outcomes.
