About the Role

Responsibilities
- Software Development: Develop high-quality and performant software using Java. Review and debug code to maintain code quality. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful software projects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing clean code. Performance optimization is a plus (GC tuning, heap and thread analysis etc.).
Skills
- Must-have Skills: Java, Oracle, Kubernetes, Helm, containers, SpringBoot, WildFly, Maven, Git, Jenkins.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Go Lang, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, GWT.
