About the Job
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on our in-house created package 'Miles', an ERP software designed for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. This comprehensive solution covers front-, mid-, and back-office functions and can be extensively customized to meet customer needs through configuration and custom development.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Focus on backend development using Java 17.
- Technical Solution Design: Analyze code and create technical solution designs based on functional analysis.
- Solution Implementation: Play a crucial role in building and rolling out solutions both within the company and to our customers.
- Project Work: Work on improving the current application, developing new modules, or implementing customization projects for customers.
- Collaboration: Confer with business consultants, analysts, and testers about business needs and bugs.
Skills and Interests
- Experience: 5+ years in a software engineering context, with experience in complex software solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java 17, Java EE7, Java frameworks, and relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, and Postgres.
- Architecture: Experience with Microservices and monolithic architecture.
- Mindset: Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Business fluency in English.
