What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product Management and UX Design to transform customer needs into reality. Participate in Agile processes, estimate work, and implement features.
- Feature Development: Build new features using our development technologies to delight and inspire marketers, IT professionals, and other knowledge workers worldwide.
- Design and Innovation: Brainstorm efficient designs for user experiences and propose innovative ideas.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with other software engineers to ensure your work is tested and performs at scale.
- Technology Roadmaps: Provide input on the creation and modification of our technology roadmaps.
- Continuous Learning: Dedicate time each week to work on projects you are passionate about.
What You Need To Succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience building systems that perform at scale.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in building complex web applications using React and Node.js. Familiarity with Docker, MongoDB, Kafka, Git, AWS, and GCP is encouraged.
- Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including QA, build, CI/CD, and production support.
- Problem Solving: Experience in optimizing existing code and pitching solutions to senior team members.
Compensation and Benefits
Adobe offers a competitive salary range of €92,100 to €166,200 annually, depending on location and experience. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for long-term incentives and the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
