About The Role
We are seeking early career software engineers to join our team on-site in San Francisco. You will be responsible for building critical systems, services, and customer-facing features from end to end. This role involves a lot of zero-to-one work, breaking down high-level goals, diving into ambiguity, and experimenting to find the best solutions. As an early employee, you will also play a significant role in shaping the company's team and culture.

What We Are Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience as a software engineer, with a degree in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) by Summer 2025.
- A strong desire to understand customer problems and design effective solutions.
- Demonstrated abilities in one part of the stack (e.g., front-end or back-end).
- A passion for self-directed learning in an early-stage startup environment.
- Familiarity or interest in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or Next.js.
- Insurance knowledge is not required; you will learn the necessary aspects quickly.
