Job Overview
Join the Inside Tesla team as a Frontend Software Engineer, where you will be responsible for building and supporting Tesla's proprietary HR systems. This role focuses on delivering a highly scalable application to manage, maintain, and grow Tesla's workforce across global regions. The aim is to create a seamless user experience and a one-stop shop for Tesla's employee base.
Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Create high-quality, scalable, and stable web applications using Angular and React.js.
- Client-Side Applications: Develop applications that connect with web services.
- Security Standards: Ensure the highest standards of security and best practices in all development activities.
- Software Design: Utilize principles of software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity, and maintainability.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, process bug reports, release fixes, and participate in code reviews and Agile processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular and React.js, expert in SQL queries, and experience in building REST APIs.
- Software Fundamentals: Strong understanding of software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity, and maintainability.
- Tools and Technologies: Experience with GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD integrations.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a preference for team-based delivery.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous deployment, feature toggles, logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting.

Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position ranges from €104,000 to €348,000, depending on level, with additional cash and stock awards. Pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include other elements depending on the position offered.
