Responsibilities
- Build New Features: Develop new user-facing features and design foundational aspects of our education platform.
- AI Integration: Work on projects involving AI, such as AI tutors and AI-augmented course creation.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own features from conception to deployment, becoming an expert in various domains across the product.
- Software Development Processes: Redefine best-in-class software development processes to build an opinionated product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to create delightful experiences for our students and instructors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Full Stack Development: Proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Programming Languages: Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java.
- AI/ML Products: Experience in AI/ML products is a plus.
- Software Development Life Cycle: Expertise in requirements gathering, design, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technical teams, and management.
