Role Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Growth team at Matcha, you will develop strategies alongside product and marketing teams to enhance user engagement and retention. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features that are intuitive, reliable, and cater to our user's needs. Your role will involve a high degree of autonomy and collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies with the product and marketing teams.
- Design and implement features that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and controlled rollouts to measure feature effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and management teams.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and integrate innovative solutions into our platform.
- Promote and uphold our growth engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with A/B testing and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
- Exposure to Web3 and blockchain applications is highly desirable.
- Passion for decentralization and the 0x mission.
- Ability to work in US compatible time zones.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience in growth engineering teams.
- Experience with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
