What You'll Do
- Develop custom LLM serving systems and datacenter infrastructure to deliver high model quality at low latency and cost.
- Enhance our LLM training software by improving model architecture for better quality and reliability.
- Build indexing systems capable of serving queries instantly from terabytes of data.
- Contribute to infrastructure for petabyte-scale data pipelines to accelerate ML research.
About You
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and estimation skills.
- Strong understanding of computer and networking architecture, particularly with GPU hardware and HPC networks.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, and ChatGPT is a plus.
Our Work Environment
- We believe our best work is done in person. The team works on-site 5 days a week in our downtown Mountain View office, conveniently located near the Caltrain station.
- We value research that enhances our product, focusing on practical applications rather than academic publications.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $220,000 per year.
