What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing software and tools that support our high-impact technology platforms, including operating systems, networks, and databases. You will ensure that our programs are user-friendly and free of bugs. Your role will involve:

Developing and maintaining software applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Debugging and testing software to ensure quality and performance.
Influencing design decisions to ensure hardware compatibility.

Minimum Qualifications

A graduate or upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or 4-year University.
0-3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related program.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with QA, Testing, and Debugging.
Legal authorization to live and work in the United States without visa support or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, Embedded Development, and/or Machine Learning.
Experience with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services.
Knowledge in Computer Networking and/or Cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
