About the Role
Fubo is seeking a talented Software Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our dynamic team. This position is based in New York City and offers a hybrid work environment, requiring candidates to be located in NYC and willing to work both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance applications using React Native.
- Create new features and user interfaces from wireframe models.
- Ensure optimal performance and user experience of the application.
- Architect, design, develop, test, maintain, and improve software systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to determine priorities and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in delivering working software, preferably web or React Native applications.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with immutability concepts and responsive design.
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in using Source Control (Git).
- Ability to write clean, readable, reusable, and well-tested code.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (HLS/DASH streaming).
- Experience with design system components and shared packages.
- Ability to stay informed of emerging technological trends and propose new processes and technologies.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.

Salary
The minimum base salary for this role in New York City is $140,000 per year, with a maximum of $185,000 per year. This role is also eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, location, and other business considerations.
