Scope Labs is seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team in New York City. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital products. You will be involved in all stages of product development, from discovery and conception to prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that is passionate about building high-quality, design-intuitive, and data-driven products.
Responsibilities
- User Experience Development: Build solid user experiences and wire up real-time interactions.
- Code Quality: Write clean and efficient code that delivers real value quickly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Product Strategy: Use your own product, engage with customers, and influence product strategy.
- Ownership: Take responsibility and have the freedom to execute projects with smart, ego-free colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years as a full-stack engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in React/React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
- Frontend Architecture: Experience in styling, routing, and componentization.
- Backend Services: Ability to create, deploy, and integrate APIs.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Communication: Strong skills in articulating engineering tradeoffs and rationales.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Supabase, Tailwind CSS, and GCP tools and services.
- Direct UX/UI experience.
- A portfolio of passion projects or past initiatives.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: €120,000 - €160,000 per year.
