Scope Labs is seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team in New York City. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital products. You will be involved in all stages of product development, from discovery and conception to prototyping, implementation, and maintenance. Responsibilities
- User Experience Development: Build solid user experiences and wire up real-time interactions.
- Code Quality: Write clean and efficient code that delivers real value quickly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Product Strategy: Use your own product, engage with customers, and influence product strategy.
- Ownership: Take responsibility and have the freedom to execute projects with smart, ego-free colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years as a full-stack engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in React/React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
- Frontend Architecture: Experience in styling, routing, and componentization.
- Backend Services: Ability to create, deploy, and integrate APIs.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Communication: Strong skills in articulating engineering tradeoffs and rationales.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Supabase, Tailwind CSS, and GCP tools and services.
- Direct UX/UI experience.
- A portfolio of passion projects or past initiatives.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: €120,000 - €160,000 per year.
