Software Engineering Intern

About the Role

At Braze, we are looking for a passionate and driven Software Engineering Intern to join our team in New York City. As an intern, you will work alongside skilled engineers and a dedicated mentor on real-world, production-oriented product features. You will tackle sophisticated problems in areas ranging from API and web design to systems engineering and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and drive projects forward.
• Work on individual and group projects focused on the full project life-cycle.
• Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to accomplish project objectives.
• Gain exposure to a broad spectrum of technologies and programming languages.
• Access technology/engineering leadership who are eager to hear your ideas.

Who You Are

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with one or less academic year remaining after your internship.
• Available for a 10-week internship between June and August.
• Intellectually curious, passionate, and inventive.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a curious thinker.
• Ability to work in-person at our NYC office.

Compensation

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $60/hour.
