Job Description
As an intern at Cat® Digital, you will be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technologies to build industry-leading digital solutions for our customers and dealers. With over one million connected assets worldwide, our teams use data, technology, advanced analytics, telematics, and AI capabilities to help our customers build a better world.
Internship Opportunity
We are seeking students with an interest in technology to help us establish and grow our presence in Slovakia. You will be exposed to technologies such as AWS cloud, BigPanda, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, SQL/NoSQL databases, Salesforce, JavaScript, React & React Native, Java, Node.JS, and Azure. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with top professionals on very visible products.
Internship Dates
The internship runs from September 16th, 2024, to November 15th, 2024. Successful interns may have the opportunity to continue their career at Caterpillar on a part-time basis.
Compensation
You will earn 8 euros gross per hour, up to 640 euros gross per month.
Scope of the Intern Program
The program will focus on:
- Observability, Monitoring, Alerting
- AIOP's & Tier 2 Ops and Support Monitoring
- Implementation and maintenance of systems generating operational insights
- Driving corrective actions within Caterpillar's whole digital ecosystem
Basic Qualifications
We prefer students of 2nd class of bachelor’s study in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Data Visualization, Software Engineering, or related area. English written and spoken (at least B1 level) is required, along with analytical thinking and a willingness to learn and develop.
