Staff AI Engineer

Inclusively is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire a Staff AI Engineer. This role is not an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML models and systems to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Performing data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for AI/ML models.
• Training, validating, and fine-tuning AI/ML models, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy requirements.
• Deploying AI models into production environments and monitoring their performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal operation.
• Documenting AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI and ML, with a demonstrated interest in deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) is a plus.
