Your Role
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and fault-tolerant C++ code.
- Take ownership of architectural decisions and drive innovation across the encoding platform.
- Mentor and guide engineers to ensure technical excellence within the team.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
