Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management: Work closely with the Product Management team to gather and understand user interface requirements, translating these requirements into a live SaaS platform.
• Define API Requirements: Partner with Team Lead and Server-Side Engineers to establish API requirements that will facilitate the User Interface.
• Develop SaaS Automation Platform: Play a key role in developing the next generation of our SaaS automation platform, using the platform as you build it.
• Work with UX Designers: Collaborate with UX designers and the research team to explore and implement new patterns and interactions.
• Maintain UX/UI Libraries: Contribute to the development and upkeep of shared UX/UI libraries.

Role Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6, React (functional components), and TypeScript. Experience with Material Design and MUI libraries is essential. Automated testing experience is a must.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting our SaaS users.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and general web concepts, including accessibility, performance, and responsive design. Knowledgeable in REST API best practices.
• Additional Skills: Good knowledge of CSS and CSS-in-JS libraries such as styled-components or emotion. Familiarity with Streams API, library packaging (webpack, rollout), and monorepo setups, particularly using Nx.
