Are you a passionate Backend Developer and Generative AI Engineer ready to bring AI applications to life with speed and precision? ClimateForge is looking for you! Qualifications
- Back-End Development and ML/AI Development skills
- Experience with Databases, LLMs, Rags, and AI Agent applications
- Knowledge of Front-End Development
- Thrives in a Remote Team Environment
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and Node, Python, React, (APIs), and architectures
- Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn, attention to details
- Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git) is a Plus
- Interest in Climate or Energy-Related Technologies is a Plus
More specifically:
- Proficient in FastAPI/Django/Flask, Celery/RabbitMQ and Supabase/Postgres
- Proficiency in Langchain, RAG, embeddings, multi-step AI agents, AI agent evals & finetune
- (Preferred) Search Algorithm Technology: Experience in search engine development, familiarity with re-ranking algorithms, embedding algorithms, fuzzy search, word2vec
