Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI models using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tailored for healthcare applications.
• Utilize Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), Transfer Learning, and Model Fine-Tuning techniques to optimize AI models.
• Identify and mitigate biases in AI models to ensure ethical and accurate healthcare solutions.
• Develop strategies to reduce AI model hallucinations for reliable healthcare predictions.
• Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with healthcare needs and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards in all AI applications.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for AI development.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing Generative AI models, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
